Having worked with many independent practices, he’s dispensed thousands of glasses and is known for his expertise in lenses, repairs, and problem solving. He’s a much-loved part of our all-ladies team — and they adore him right back.

Senior Optometrist
Sima, our senior Optometrist in Bushey, qualified from Aston University in 2004 and joined us in 2019. Known for her expertise and warm approach, she’s built a loyal following of patients who won’t see anyone else. Often mistaken for being too young to be qualified, she takes time with every exam — and often leaves as a friend, not just your optometrist.

Jaya graduated from City University in 2000 and brings over 20 years of experience to Eye 2 Eye. Known for her attention to detail and up-to-date clinical knowledge, she offers personalised care in a calm, welcoming environment. Sarah started in optics straight from school. She then became a qualified Dispensing Optician in 2002,with her wealth of knowledge and experience she enjoys nothing more than finding the best solution to meet all of your visual requirements, from frames choice and comfort to the absolute perfect lens design for you.

Amana joined Eye 2 Eye in 2021, bringing fresh expertise from Canada. A qualified Dispensing Optician since 2015, she has a wealth of experience and a sharp eye for style. Sneha is co-director of Eye 2 Eye and a qualified Contact Lens Optician with a strong background in both patient care and practice management. She’s hands-on with everything from frame styling to team support and training. Passionate about growth, she ensures the practice stays ahead with the latest tech and consistently high standards.

Dipesh has been a qualified Dispensing Optician since 1996 and co-founded two successful independent practices with Sneha. With senior management experience and a passion for specialist lens dispensing, he brings deep industry knowledge to Eye 2 Eye. He also supports local business groups and believes in going the extra mile to deliver standout service and premium care.

As Practice Coordinator, she keeps everything running smoothly—from managing appointments and stock to overseeing clinic operations and admin.
